GUSTAF KJELLVANDER 1980-2011

"We will always remember GUSTAF KJELLVANDER and his The Fine Arts Showcase.

Now when I try to write something about Gustaf Kjellvander, words get lost. It’s hard to describe this spirit. Gustaf was one of a kind and his music will live forever. We are proud to have known him, spent time on the road with him and released his records.

Gustaf Kjellvander was the singer, songwriter and main character in the band The Fine Arts Showcase. He sadly passed away the night between Friday and Saturday in his home in Malmö. He was too young, only 31 years old. Thoughts goes out to his family, band members and friends. Let’s take care of each other now."

"Il ricordo di Gustav Kiellvander e dei suoi Fine Arts Showcase rimarrà per sempre con noi.

Ora, mentre provo a scrivere qualcosa su Gustav, non trovo le parole.
E' difficile descrivere il suo spirito.
Gustav era unico e la sua musica vivrà per sempre.
Siamo orgogliosi di averlo conosciuto, orgogliosi di aver passato del tempo con lui sulla strada e orgogliosi di aver pubblicato i suoi dischi.

Gustaf Kjellvander era il cantante, l'autore e il leader dei Fine Arts Showcase.
Si è spento nella notte tra venerdì e sabato nella sua casa di Malmo.
Era troppo giovane, aveva solo 31 anni.
Il pensiero ora va alla sua famiglia, agli altri componenti dei Fine Arts Showcase e agli amici: prendetevi cura l'uno dell'altro.

Riposa in pace amico mio.

Ricordatelo attraverso la sua musica. Era quello che voleva."

I FINE ARTS SHOWCASE TORNANO CON "DOLOPHINE SMILE",

IL LORO QUARTO ALBUM /   

THE FINE ARTS SHOWCASE ARE BACK WITH "DOLOPHINE SMILE", 

THEIR FOURTH ALBUM

I Fine Arts Showcase sono un'eclettica rock band di Malmo, Svezia, terra che già in passato ci ha regalato grande musica di qualità; la band torna con "Dolophine Smile" il loro quarto album, già nei negozi, per l'etichetta Adrian Recordings Label.

L'album è ricco di emozioni, sentimenti e umanità; quest'ultimo lavoro è senza dubbio diverso dal precedente: "Dolophine Smile" nasce dalle vicissitudini di Gustaf Kjellvander, autore e cantante della band: la rottura con la sua compagna, il ritorno a casa dopo un lungo periodo vissuto a Londra, diversi problemi di salute....

I testi delle canzoni sono forti, intensi e carichi di ironia e il suono è molto più rock rispetto al passato.

The Fine Arts Showcase is an eclectic rock band from Malmo, Sweden, a land that past time is giving us a great quality music.                          

The band, already known to the followers of this genre, is back with "Dolphine Smile", its 4th album out  under Adrian Recordings Label.

"Dolophine Smile" is for sure really different from previous albums and shows new features, keeping though their distinguishing marks.
"Dolophine Smile" was born from some affairs of Gustaf Kjellvander, author and singer of the band: the breaking-off with his girlfriend, the comeback to his hometown after a long period in London, different health problems.
Lyrics are strong and satirical compared to previous releases and sound is much more "rock-oriented" than usual.
